Those data will be stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or of getting in contact with you and for the connected technical administration. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your inquiry, if you so desire, provided that legal retention periods will not be barred by a deletion.

Information on registration, processing of data, termination and deletion
At meebox your are able to register as subscriber of meebox (customer) or as reseller of meebox (reseller). Below you will find the general explanations for data protection. If you make a subscription as customer or reseller the current terms including data protection will be displayed for confirmation to the contractor. After registration you will be able to see the terms including data protection in your meebox in the menu "MyMeebox -> Terms/Data Protection".

• Subscriber of meebox (Customer): We remind you that personal data will be stored as part of the contract execution. In order to activate and use our product meebox including the services, an account ("your subdomain".meebox.de) will be required.

During the setup of your account, we collect personal data, for example your name, e-mail, if necessary your company supplemented with the telephone number and your address data. If you book a paid subscription with us, we will collect additional payment information (e.g. bank details). The mentioned data are processed only for the fulfillment of the contract.

For the contractual and technical provision of our service and for the clarification of support requests, your personal and non-personal data will be processed by our employees and external service providers (IT infrastructure service providers) and passed on to them for these purposes.
With the employees and service providers commissioned by us, corresponding contracts were made to safeguard confidentiality, data protection and data security requirements. There will be no transfer of personal and non-personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above as well as to other third parties.

You have the option to terminate your contract at any time by the end of the month. The termination is made directly via the button "Terminate contract" in the meebox via the menu "MyMeebox -> Contract data". All personal and non-personal data will be completely deleted from our systems 3 months after the end of the contract, provided that the deletion does not conflict with statutory retention periods (for example when archiving billing data). At the request of the meebox-subscriber, a free backup including all files in the meebox (subdomain) belonging to the contract can be made available after termination of the contract until final deletion. If additional costs arise due to further, deviating specifications in the publication or deletion of the data, this is borne by the meebox-subscriber.

• Reseller of meebox (Reseller): We remind you that personal data will be stored as part of the contract execution. In order to provide our product meebox including the services as a reseller, a reseller account will be required.

During the setup of your account, we collect personal data, for example your name, e-mail, Website (URL) of provisioning, if necessary your company supplemented with the telephone number and your address data. In order to provide your commissions, we will collect additional payment information (e.g. bank details). The mentioned data are processed only for the fulfillment of the contract.

Meebox company uses social media networks like Facebook, Twitter and Google to offering their services and products (like e.g. the meebox). The above mentioned providers are used to provide information and news of our services and products. Users of social media and other thrid-party providers are able to rating, sharing and commenting the mentioned contents (for example by the "Like-Button" of Facebook).

Meebox company uses social media and other Third-Party providers to point out the usage of secure and GDPR-compliant products (like e.g. the meebox) as an alternative of platform products of Third-Party providers.

By using the websites and functions of social media and other thrid-party providers (see 3.1) several data (like your IP address and other technical values) is regsitered by these providers. The above mentioned data cannot be used to refer to any person, but locating persons by using this data is possible for the providers. Furthermore it is possible for the providers to set cookies on the devices and using the collected data for recognizing the used devices. If you are logged in at the Third-Party providers, it is possible for them to connect and save your actions (e.g. the contents you have surfed) to your existing profile. The meebox company dows not have any access to the collected data of the thrid-party providers at the social media networks. The exchange of the data belongs only to you and the Third-Party providers of the social media networks.
